Our Story
“Kukaya Kwithu” means “Our Home” — a name that reflects our deep commitment to creating a safe, nurturing environment where girls can flourish.
The Foundation was established out of recognition that girls in vulnerable circumstances face compounding challenges: lack of shelter, food insecurity, and interrupted education.
Founded in 2023 by Dorothy Daka in Blantyre, we currently provide a loving family home for 12 girls aged 3–16.
